You may request have your name removed from the Register of Pharmacists (practising or non-practising) at any time. Please log in to your online account and select the option to request removal from the register.
The Pharmacy Council will attempt to contact pharmacists who do not renew their registration status in March and remind them to do so. A pharmacist who does not respond to any communication regarding their lapsed registration, may risk being removed from the register due to non-renewal under section 144 of HPCAA.
As the result of an order by the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal (HPDT), the Registrar may remove a pharmacist from the register.
