Appeals Policy
An intern pharmacist (intern) has the right to appeal the outcome of an assessment decision made by PRAB for the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand (Council). An appeal may relate to:
a) General administration procedures, or
b) Assessment procedures (i.e. the application of assessment criteria to the applicant's assessment by assessors/examiners).
An applicant cannot appeal the examination content or format.
A policy and procedure for incidents where an intern believes their performance at Assessment Centre has been impaired due to illness or personal circumstances is documented in the Intern Training Programme (ITP) Policy, Organisation & Rules.
